Each team has its core team members. But as teams change, grow, or downsize, or merge with other teams... it is very important to measure how compatible a new team member is with the core team. Because there's nothing better than a new team member fitting into the existing team like the last piece of a perfect puzzle. Of course, there is also a way to have the person tested during a short internship at his new workplace... but even that's not a 100% guarantee. Plus, for an internship, you must have already selected the best candidate, and that's the greatest art. And this art is what we offer you in this package of our services (in this package of our methodology).
3/ Measuring professional aptitudes and skills
This tells us what kind of professional the candidate is in their field
This is such a nightmare for both employers and employees. The employer has a clear idea of what the new colleague should know and be able to do. Often the new candidate has no idea what the advert says... but he's willing to try. Then comes the tricky part, how to not only find out what the candidate actually knows and not only that...you also have to gauge whether the new hire would be able to learn the new things quickly and well. That's what this third methodology is designed to do. It can be used to assess very accurately what skills and abilities the candidate has, in a word, the prerequisites for the position. So we no longer have to rely on the truthfulness of the candidate, but we have a tool that shows us his or her real aptitudes.
4/ Comprehensive employee evaluation
This tells us what the overall/comprehensive qualifications of the employee are for the position
Sometimes it is very difficult to draw a comprehensive conclusion. You know, a team member may be great at communicating with clients, but if he or she has to report anything to the company or fulfill his or her tasks, it's one big tragedy. Or you have a colleague who is very helpful, friendly and hard-working, but when you sit them down to, say, Excel, they're completely clueless. You can learn something, you can add some knowledge... but there's still that unspoken question: Is Mr. Pepa or Mrs. Květa a better candidate? And this question is clearly answered by our comprehensive employee evaluation methodology. This methodology, like all 4 methodologies on this website, is accurate to within 1%.
