Ing. Jaroslav Flek

Founder of

Jaroslav has spent his entire professional career in the corporate sphere. He started as a manager and area sales manager. Then he worked as Division Manager, Managing Director and finally as Sales and Marketing Manager for Central and Eastern Europe. After that he started to work on private projects, which he successfully managed until the implementation phase. In the last few years he has been fully dedicated to the topic of personnel audits. Now with a lot of experience he is launching this site and his goal is to help companies that have a certain social and moral credo.

Now you may be asking why I am conceiving these pages in the plural?

That's because I count my clients on my team that I'm on the same wavelength with. And also because I believe that great things naturally grow and pack on great partners.

Furthering my education
