During this consultation, I will present the entire methodology to the client on a non-binding basis and we will agree with the client on the scope of the HR audit.

Personnel audit, price for each one person in the audit
The price of a personnel audit is always calculated based on the measurement of 2 parameters of each person in the audit. Typically these two parameters are: 1/ Moral profile of the auditee and 2/ Team spirit of the auditee, or how he fits into the current or future team.

Personnel audit, price for each additional parameter in the audit
This item is not mandatory, it is actual for more in-depth audits. These other additional parameters, according to the client's wishes and ideas, can be for example: 1/ Who has the greatest potential for growth in the team in the perspective of 3 years and who should be included in the talent centre?, or 2/ Does the current team leadership have a chance for dynamic development or is it necessary to look for new talent for the team?

Recruitment of a new employee, price for each candidate for the position
The price is calculated according to the number of candidates for the position in the selection procedure, which you either select or which is preselected by our company - it depends on mutual agreement. Therefore, you will only be charged for candidates who are selected for a personal interview. So if there are 6 candidates for personal interviews, the price is 6 * 104 EUR = 1625 EUR etc. etc. This is a fixed item for recruitment. There is also a variable item, which is a remuneration equal to one gross monthly salary of the newly hired employee. Therefore, this service is fair for both junior positions and managerial positions.It should be mentioned here that we offer a one-year guarantee on any employee selected by us who would voluntarily leave within one year of audit or recruitment. In such a case, we will find a new replacement team member (the new ideal employee) for you free of charge.

Reimbursement of travel costs by private car per 100 km
The reimbursement of travel costs is calculated according to the decree in force for 2022 and its amount is calculated as the sum of the depreciation of the car (EUR 0,20/km) and the current price of petrol around 1,5 EUR/1l of fuel. This price per kilometre is therefore EUR 0,31, or better expressed as EUR 31/100 km.

Spent remuneration for time spent transporting to and from the client
The time spent travelling to and from the client is charged as lost remuneration for travel time spent in a private vehicle or public transport for each hour spent. This hourly rate is at the rate of:
